# Digital Soul

The soul is a non-transferable NFT ([Soulbound tokens (SBT)](https://www.coindesk.com/learn/what-are-soulbound-tokens-the-non-transferrable-nft-explained/) by [Vitalik Buterin](https://vitalik.ca/general/2022/01/26/soulbound.html))

The main purpose is to store information and states that will act as a digital reputation and contain parameters such as:

[^1]: Karma is a game mechanic that changes throughout the game depending on the player's actions. Karma, similar to the luck stat, will affect the random chances of something good or bad happening to the player, with higher karma causing more positive outcomes such as coming across better items, and negative karma doing the opposite, as well as increasing how often the player drops caps or items, gets robbed, and so on. The idea of this mechanic is that the more the player helps out, the more the player gets rewarded.

Successful people have always stressed on the building and maintaining of reputation as a fundamental ingredient to success.
